We currently have an opportunity for you to bring your excellent work ethic to our Primary Care department. In accordance with the mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of the Manager or designate, this position functions as a member of the interprofessional team and applies best practices to provide competent, safe, and ethical care for people and their families in settings such as physician practices, homes, schools, and communities. Through assessment and involvement of each person and their family, the Primary Care MHSU Clinician develops and implements a plan of care and intervention to assist the person in managing their mental health or addiction challenges.
