It will also aide in alleviating the long terms effects of traumatic events. To improve the behavioral health status of children in our service area and beyond by linking them with the appropriate behavioral health services. Staff will conduct a behavioral health and social needs screening on all families and will provide resource options. Staff will follow up with families and communicate outcomes with referral source. Staff will work with families to identify barriers to obtaining behavioral health treatment and social needs resources and problem solve to come up with alternate options when barriers are present.
