We at Ngā Tai Oranga, The Healing Tides are a small
multi-disciplinary team based in Newtown, Wellington. The role is diverse as it
involves providing therapies, supervision and consultations, and teaching
mental health clinicians about tāngata whaiora with severe distress intolerance,
relationship and emotional dysregulation that impacts on their life (across the
lifespan) and their significant others and whānau. The
people we work with are often conceptualised as having complex PTSD and/or
