A supportive and inclusive school in Wokingham is seeking a Mental Health Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about helping young people overcome barriers and thrive both academically and emotionally.

In this role, the Mental Health Assistant will provide support to pupils who may be experiencing social, emotional, and mental health challenges. The successful Mental Health Assistant will work closely with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them build resilience, confidence, and positive coping strategies.
