Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Mental Health & Addiction Triage Practitioner to join our Customer Service Centre team. In this important role, you will review and triage clinical referrals for Priory's addiction services, helping individuals access the most appropriate support for their needs. This role requires flexibility to work a shift pattern covering 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday, alongside a Saturday morning service. We welcome applications from individuals with professional or lived experience of addiction and mental health, who can demonstrate empathy and a commitment to supporting people at often challenging times in their lives. This role can be completed as office based, hybrid or remotely however we require the post-holder to live within a reasonable commute to our Customer Service Centre in Stockton-On-Tees.
