Job Summary Lead the design and optimization of piezoelectric MEMS devices, collaborating across teams to support development, reliability evaluation, and market research for innovative MEMS technology solutions.
Responsibilities Design and optimize piezoelectric MEMS device structures using simulation tools to improve performance and reliability Collaborate with Process, ASIC, and Packaging/Testing teams to advance system development of piezoelectric MEMS devices Provide technical support throughout all project phases to ensure successful product delivery Conduct product reliability evaluations, perform failure analysis, and implement improvements for MEMS devices Analyze market trends and competitors, conduct new product pre-research, and contribute to patent portfolio planning related t...
