Membership Advisor – Earn up to $75,000 in Annual Pay
The Membership Advisor reports to the General Manager and ensures a best-in-class fitness experience for members by demonstrating the value Fitness World Signature offers. The MA does inbound and outbound sales activities to achieve their monthly targets. The MA is also responsible for the achievement of member retention and satisfaction; execution of company policies, procedures, and programs; and exemplifying the company’s culture and values.
Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly sales goals through the execution of leads, appointments, shows, enrolments and referrals via community outreach, outbound phone calls, referrals, and social media.
Grow our member base through lead generation, membership sales and collection of referrals.
Perform engaging and knowledgeable tours of our club facilities, programs, and services to convert leads into new members.
