About the role
Grow your knowledge of RAC products and services through comprehensive, full-time training and ongoing development
Be the first point of contact for around 50–60 RAC members each day, providing support,guidanceand reassurance.
Confidently navigate multiple systems while delivering engaging, high-quality conversations with members.
