Job Title: Member Services Representative
Hours: M-F 9a-5:30p

Summary: Responsible for assisting members with a variety of Credit Union products and services as well as providing administrative and clerical support to the Loan Processing Department by performing the following duties:

+ Must haves:

+ Must have high school diploma

+ Must be able to receive and express detailed information through oral and written communications

+ Must have a welcoming personality as you will be greeting customers as they walk in


+ Job description:

+ Open and close and maintain credit union accounts, opening and maintaining Individual Retirement Accounts as well.

+ Assist members with a variety of Credit Union services and products, as well as legal accounts.
