Lead the member experience at MEC, shaping exceptional service in our outdoor retail environment. Engage with your team, direct service execution, and connect with the community in this hands-on role.
As the Member Experience Manager, you'll spearhead service delivery across various store areas, including the cash and member service desk, and tech service shop. Your leadership will guide frontline teams, ensuring they meet MEC's service standards while reinforcing strong community ties. This position focuses on direct coaching, real-time decision-making, and fostering an inclusive store culture.
