• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Employee Benefits industry, including medical schemes, retirement funds, group risk, employee wellness programmes, and expatriate health benefits.
• Conduct detailed analyses of members’ financial needs and provide suitable advice, ensuring records are saved on the CRM and shared with the member.
• Ensure members understand the benefits, exclusions, and administrative processes of their relevant schemes or funds.
