**Job Description**
2nd Shift; Mon-Fri; 2 PM - 10 PM

General Purpose

Properly melt and transfer product (butter) to the correct holding tank. Minimize loss by proper draining.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

+ Maintain complete and accurate records on product produced
+ Assist operator in packaging of finished product and other duties where needed
+ Maintain a clean working area and ensure all equipment is cleaned properly
+ Ensure all product is labeled, and code date is correct before moving to storage
+ Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
+ Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
