Jouw taken

  • Je komt als hoofdtechnieker bij een grote internationale speler terecht in de afdeling die gespecialiseerd is in facility management 

  • Je staat als technicus in voor het preventief onderhoud, technische interventies en herstellingen aan verwarmings-, koel- en luchttechnische installaties in gebouwen en industrieën 

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren van onderhoudsprogramma’s om storingen te voorkomen 

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat het nodige materiaal steeds voorhanden is voor dringende interventies 

  • Je voert verschillende herstellingen uit zodat de installaties steeds “up and running” zijn 

  • Je maakt rapporten op

  • Je leidt nieuwe techniekers op en coacht ze 

  • Je laat commerciële opportuniteiten niet aan jouw aandacht ontsnappen en communiceert deze naar de verantwoordelijke toe 

  • Je draagt veiligheid hoog in het vaandel en breng...
