Pullman Auckland is looking for a talented and experienced Meetings & Events Executive who will enjoy looking after our guests and working as part of a talented and passionate hotel team.
As a Meetings & Events Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all clients
- Completing the sales process to the highest standard. The process includes initial enquiry, site inspection, personalised proposal, contract and follow up
- Event management and preparation on Banquet Event Orders. Complete ownership of each event preparation and delivery of confirmed business
- Clear communication with all hotel operations to ensure the professional and seamless delivery of all events
Qualifications
- Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:
- Experience in Events Management preferably in a hotel
