The Sales Manager β Meeting ConnectionsΒ is an entry-level role within the hotelβs sales department that represents both hotels, responsible for achieving a defined performance quota. This position manages a designated account base and focuses on generating new business opportunities within assigned markets.
The Sales Manager develops and maintains relationships with clients, handles less complex accounts, and proactively identifies new leads through research, direct outreach, and online lead platforms. A key responsibility of this role is to book short-term meetings and group events, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
