Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

· • Assist the pharmacist in dispensing medicines accurately and efficiently.

· • Provide excellent customer service to patients and clients at the counter.

· • Offer guidance on the safe use of over-the-counter medications under supervision.

· • Maintain stock levels, check expiry dates, and ensure proper storage of medicines.

· • Handle prescriptions and process insurance claims where applicable.

· • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dispensing area.

· • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
