Position Overview:

As a Medical Virtual Assistant, you will serve as a key operational support in managing patient coordination, provider scheduling, and backend healthcare processes. This role requires a high level of accuracy, accountability, and adherence to strict service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure seamless daily operations.

Office Location : 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Patient and Provider Coordination

+ Manage complex scheduling and coordinate patient care workflows

+ Handle patient intake communications professionally and efficiently

EHR Management

+ Maintain and update Electronic Health Records (EHR) with a high level of accuracy

+ Ensure all documentation is complete, compliant, and prepared ahead of appointments
