Job Description
- Carry out technical work in the laboratory; receive specimens, perform tests orders, review and record test results, and manage specimens after tests have been conducted
- Ensure equipment, upkeep of the laboratory and inventory are maintained at high quality or conducive for daily work
- Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures, internal and external quality controls (QCs) requirements; troubleshoot any test non-compliance
- Regular review of maintenance, QC and communication logs. Active response in problem-solving
- Handle phone inquiries, print and pack reports
- Flexible to adapt with changing work arrangement depending on staffing needs
- Any other duties as assigned
- At least Diploma in Biomedical Science/ Molecular or any related course of study
- Fresh Graduate or at least 1 year of laboratory work experience in a clinical laboratory.
