Medical Scheduler
Location: Queenstown, MD (On-site)
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (4 months)
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00/hour (Based on experience)
Start Date: June 22, 2026
About the Role
We are seeking a Medical Scheduler to join a fast-paced healthcare office environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who thrives in a structured setting and enjoys working directly with patients. You will be responsible for managing patient scheduling, handling inbound calls, and supporting front office operations while ensuring a positive patient experience.
Schedule
+ Monday – Thursday: Between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (schedule provided 2 weeks in advance)
+ Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Fully on-site role
Key Responsibilities
+ Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently
+ Handle approximately 50+ calls per day in a high-volume environment
