Job Description

1. Lead Research Project Leadership
   • Design, coordinate, and supervise internal research projects.
   • Coordinate with external research centers on basic, preclinical, and applied research projects related to new active ingredients, formulations, etc.
   • Assess scientific, clinical, and economic feasibility of R&D projects.
   • Ensure technical and regulatory quality of studies conducted in collaboration with universities, hospitals, or research centers.
   • Drive innovation and knowledge transfer into the product development pipeline.
   • Evaluate external research or co-development licensing projects.
   • Lead the preparation, submission, and coordination of the Profarma Plan.
