**This is not a Remote position, Candidate must be able to work at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany NY.**

Reviews medical records for content and completeness. Identifies and flags them for the appropriate medical staff member to complete. Data enters deficiency into record software.

+ Assemble and analyzes assigned workload.
