Our CareNavigators work closely with our clinical team and wider colleagues in personand via email and tasks, therefore excellent communication skills and strongI.T skills are essential for the role.

Experienceworking in a GP Surgery is essential.

Theposition is permanent and subject to a 3-month probation period. Hours would beset but flexibility is essential as there would be a requirement to provideannual leave/sickness cover when needed.

The idealsuccessful candidate will be flexible to cover holidays, absences and undertakeany administrative works to suit the needs of the practice while delivering anempathic and professional service delivery to patients.
