We’re on the lookout for a friendly and flexible Medical Receptionist to join our outpatient team in Adult Medicine offices. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face (and voice!) for our patients—greeting them warmly, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and making sure their visit gets off to a smooth start.
You’ll also handle key business tasks like patient registration, insurance verification, collecting copays, managing referrals, and providing general clerical support to keep things running seamlessly behind the scenes.

+ Greets and communicates with patients via phone or in person in a courteous and professional manner identifying themselves and their department.
+ Answers telephones in a timely, courteous, and professional manner utilizing appropriate scripting.
