Job Description
Position: Patient Counselor / Telecaller
Qualification: BAMS / BHMS
Experience: 3β4 years (Healthcare counseling / telecalling preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle patient counseling (inbound & outbound calls)
Guide patients regarding treatments, appointments, and procedures
Maintain proper communication with patients (no clinical work involved)
Ensure excellent customer experience
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
Confident in handling patient queries and counseling
8 hours duty
Male / female factor
Salary: Up to βΉ40,000 per month
