**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**
The Penn State Health Medical Group – Contingency Pool is seeking a customer service-focused Medical Office Associate (MOA) to join the travel pool team! Spanning over a variety of counties in the South-Central PA area including Dauphin, Cumberland, Lancaster, York, and Berks counties; the MOA will be expected to float to different Academic Practice Division (APD) Medical Group offices for daily/weekly work assignments. The APD-based offices do range from General Primary Care to single or multi-specialty offices, so no two-day are alike!
**The Medical Office Associate of the Contingency Pool will be expected to perform the following duties throughout their designated assignments:** check patients in and out of appointments, schedule follow-up appoin...
