The Medical Director, Leahy Clinic (0.5 FTE), is a Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine physician faculty member responsible for overseeing, evaluating, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical care to clinic patients in alignment with the Clinic’s mission and vision.
Job Duties

The Medical Director, Leahy Clinic is responsible for the following:


Clinical Oversight and Quality of Care

+ Work with student leaders to provide opportunity for students to participate in administration of the clinic for the purpose of their learning in health system science and their service learning experiences

+ Collaborate with University of Scranton employed administrative and nursing leaders to ensure a smoothly running free clinic for the uninsured
