Job Description
What youwill do
The Medical Education Associate coordinates the planning and execution of educational programs,third‑partyexhibits, sponsorships, and key customer engagements. This role managesend‑to‑endeventlogistics– including coordinating intake and submission of requests, communicating request status, securingequipmentand providing logistical communications and on-site support. This role partners withcross‑functionaland third-party stakeholders, ensures all activities meet compliance requirements and documentation standards, and captures customer insights to help continuously improve program delivery and effectiveness.
Support the planning and execution of regional trade shows, congresses, medical education programs, physiciantrainings, and key customer events.
Coordinate end-to-end eventlogisticsincluding venue management,,signage, agendas, attendee communications, and branded materials.
