Position Summary

This position may be based in any location within the Interior Health region. Interior Health is recruiting for a Medical Director for the new Williams Lake Urgent & Primary Care Centre slated to open in February 2025. The Medical Director, Williams Lake Urgent & Primary Care Centre (Urgent/Episodic) is a physician and leader who works to achieve a collaborative working relationship between physicians and administration based on the “One IH” culture and its objectives. While reporting to the Executive Medical Director, Primary and Community Care, the Medical Director will work within a collaborative framework to lead the development of professional standards, protocols and policies for medical care.
