Job Description
Position Summary
- Lead as Medical Director for the Cardiac Catheterization Lab with responsibility for operational management, quality improvement, and program development.
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience, promote a collaborative work environment, and champion teamwork with providers, staff, and community leaders.
- Split role includes both clinical/interventional practice and administrative leadership of the Cath Lab.
- Practice Locations: Lawrence & Methuen
- Call: 1:4 rotation
- Procedures: ~100 PCI's annually with opportunity for more; 300-400+ diagnostic cardiac catheterizations annually with opportunity for additional cases
- Salary: Negotiated based on experience
- Incentive plan: RVU bonus + annual performance bonus (up to 10% of annual ...
