About the Role

This is a primarily back-office role with a strong focus on HIV testing, counseling, and high-volume phlebotomy in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

+ Perform high-volume phlebotomy, including venipuncture, finger sticks, and specimen processing

+ Provide pre- and post-test HIV counseling using a client-centered approach

+ Conduct HIV/STD risk assessments and deliver prevention education

+ Take vitals, room patients, and prepare charts for providers

+ Assist during exams and clinical procedures

+ Maintain equipment logs (Hemocue, refrigerators, etc.)...
