Job Summary: This role is for a Medical Assistant in an outpatient cardiology clinic. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for providing support to clinicians and patients, utilizing healthcare terminology, and documenting within Epic. The position is a full-time, day shift role. - Performing range of motion exercises.
- Ambulating patients.
- Positioning patients and providing skin care.
- Distributing linen and changing beds as needed.
- Assisting with feeding and meal delivery.
- Assisting with routine hygiene care including toileting and incontinent care, as well as appropriate oral and personal hygiene.
