Medical Assistant (Back Office)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
$20–$22/hour
Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ Medical Assistant experience preferred

+ Strong EMR documentation and organizational skills

+ Knowledge of basic clinical procedures and patient care

Key Responsibilities

+ Room patients, obtain vitals, and document accurately in EMR

+ Prepare exam rooms with necessary equipment and supplies

+ Maintain cleanliness of exam rooms and monitor inventory levels

+ Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality protocols

+ Answer and route phone calls appropriately

+ Assist with scheduling, patient check-in, and chart management

+ Perform clerical tasks such as filing and scanning
