We are looking for a Medical AR Collections Specialist to support medical collections efforts for a healthcare revenue cycle team in Los Angeles, California. This Medical AR Collections Specialist position focuses on resolving aged accounts, pursuing reimbursement from insurance carriers, and strengthening account recovery outcomes. The ideal candidate brings experience working with managed care payers and can handle a consistent daily volume while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. The role will be hybrid 2 days in office and 3 day from home.


Responsibilities:

• Review and pursue outstanding accounts that are 120 to 210 days past due to improve reimbursement results.

• Manage a high-volume accounts receivable workload, with responsibility for a portfolio of approximately 8,000 to 9,000 accounts.
