Business support & Project coordination for the International Medical Affairs and the Finance department.

Responsabilities

• Act as an Executive Assistant for the RVP, Head of International Medical Affairs & the AVP, Head of International Finance
• Act as a business support for Medical Affairs and Finance Departments
• Act as the first contact of the countries & business units (various requests & scalations, etc.)
• Coordinate and arrange team/working group meetings and video conferences (agenda, timing, location, attendees, facilities, etc.)
• Organize business travel and appointments
• Provide logistics support for internal and external events
• Contract Management: create vendors profile, contracts online requests, generate purchase orders, DocuSign, invoicing, maintain the project tracker up to date, follow-up with Legal & Finance departments / Implementation of new tools and guidelines
