Job Description Position: Manager, Medical Affairs

Roles and Responsibilities:

Devise strategies and planning for launch of new indication/products including KOL engagement and medical education
Liaise with professional associations and KOLs to build and drive scientific advocacy for the product/therapy area
Drive medical education and scientific dialogue for products and therapy area in collaboration with cross functional teams
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Collaborate with the marketing department to develop marketing strategies
Conduct analysis of products and product pipeline
Building a professional rapport with Key Opinion Leaders
Support sales force trainings, present science news, activity plans etc.
Collaboration with external medical experts
Provide refresher training to sales/marketing through ongoing training initiatives.

Provide pre-launch and launch training to sales staff for new products
