Job Summary:

This role is part of the Programming Strategy & Insights team for the Hindi Movies cluster. The incumbent will use content knowledge and viewer preferences to shape content scheduling decisions for Star Gold Digital and Colors Cineplex Digital

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain a strategic movie and promo plan for Star Gold Digital and Colors Cineplex Digital, aligned to Digital viewer preferences, seasonal trends, and channel priorities.

- Create and update the FPC using RMS, ensuring timely scheduling of titles to drive reach and ratings.

- Collaborate with Marketing, OAP, Sales, and Operations to ensure programming aligns with business objectives.

- Monitor competitor schedules and viewer behavior to spot opportunities and mitigate risks.
