Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg Tele

Schedule: Shift: 12-hour nights - Weekend requirement: every other weekend

Assignment Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks - Guaranteed Hours: 36-48 hours/week options available

Requirements: Minimum 2 years nursing experience - NC or Compact license pending acceptable for submittal - Required: BCLS (BLS) - Preferred: ACLS, NIHSS - Basic renal-care knowledge (pre/post dialysis, renal failure) - Telemetry care and monitoring experience - Familiarity with EKG lead placement and ZOLL usage

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a telemetry unit.

Monitor and interpret telemetry data and manage dysrhythmias.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate patient care.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.

Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health maintenance.
