Shift: Night
Weekly Gross: $ 2350(based on 36 hours)
Taxable-$1188
Misc. and I E: $ 413 (non-tax weekly)
Lodging: $ 749 per week
OT Rate: $ 80/hour (after 40 hours)
Weekly gross $ 3122 (Based on 48 hours)
Total Position- 4
Requirement -
• Must have COVID-19 vaccination.
• Must have 2 years experience
• Must have IN state license
• Must have BLS , ACLS
