**Description**
The Department of Medicine, Division of Transitional Care Medicine is seeking an Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Physician to join its growing Division of Transitional Care Medicine. The Division of Transitional Care Medicine is dedicated to clinical, education and scholarly activities for the care of youth and adults with chronic conditions that originate in childhood (i.e. โTransitional Care Medicineโ) including autism spectrum disorder, and other intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), congenital heart disease, metabolic disorders, spina bifida, sickle cell disease and cystic fibrosis.
