The Medical Information Associate I provides accurate technical and medical information and performs intake of adverse events and product complaints while delivering high-quality customer service. This role analyzes and researches inquiries related to pharmaceutical and device products, documents all interactions in accordance with organizational, client, and regulatory guidelines, and ensures responses align with the associate’s expertise, experience, and training.
