Assemble precision mechanical / mechatronics components, frames, panels wiring and test, and sub-modules as per engineering drawings, BOMs, SOPs, and customer work instructions
Perform alignment, fastening, torquing, levelling, and adjustment of mechanical assemblies to tight tolerances
Use calibrated hand tools, torque wrenches, fixtures, and gauges
Support module integration activities and pre-shipment preparation
Comply fully with cleanroom protocols (gowning, ESD control, FOD prevention, material handling)
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, fixtures, and components
Handle sensitive semiconductor parts to avoid particle, ESD, chemical, or mechanical damage
Execute in-process quality checks and basic functional verification
Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements, ISO 9001, and internal QMS procedures
