Mechanical Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee mechanical installations on a residential construction project. The successful candidate will manage day to day site activities, coordinate subcontractors, ensure works are delivered safely and to programme, and maintain high quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Mechanical Supervisor Key Responsibilities

* Supervise all mechanical works on site including HVAC, plumbing, pipework, ventilation, and plant installations

* Coordinate and manage mechanical subcontractors and labour

* Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements
