**Description**

PCSI is looking for a Mechanical Superintendent to join the team at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth! The Mechanical Superintendent supervises the projects and maintenance services performed by subcontractors to ensure that the work meets the specifications of the contract and complies with OSHA standards. This position is also responsible for reviewing subcontractor proposals, maintaining contractor schedules, and conducting orientation and training on procedures for new subcontractors. **Because this role oversees subcontract work in a hospital, familiarity with infection control and construction practices in a healthcare facility is ideal for this role.**
