We've got an outstanding role for a Mechanical Shift Engineer to join our client's M&E maintenance team in West London! This is a great role if you're looking to join a well established building service provider who are well known in investing further in their staff!

This is a shift role following a continental shift pattern, day and night shifts

For this Mechanical Shift Engineer role, you'll be tasked with carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial plant equipment, troubleshoot / fault find, update site logbooks, ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided and react to emergencies on site.

Mechanical Shift Engineer Duties:

PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
AHUs
FCUs
Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals
Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
Cooling Towers
Tap Temperatures
