Insight Global is seeking a Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer to provide hands-on production support engineering for manufacturing operations, serving as a key technical resource for troubleshooting issues across ARP and related manufacturing systems. You will take full ownership of problems raised by the operations team by investigating root causes, implementing short-term fixes, and driving long-term, sustainable solutions. Day to day, you will develop, maintain, and continuously improve manufacturing processes, create and update standard work packages for all products built, and help control and document change processes. You will collaborate closely with Operations, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams while supporting large-scale manufacturing systems such as sorters and conveyor belts.
