Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor – FM Service Provider – Commercial Portfolio - London, Piccadilly – Up to £60,000
Exciting opportunity to join a privately owned FM service provider based in London. CBW is currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation across a mixed-use commercial portfolio (Circa 5/6 buildings). As the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure all maintenance and compliance standards are met while supporting a critical operation with minimal downtime, whilst balancing your time between assisting the Contract Manager and looking after a team of up to 10 engineers
Hours for work
Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 17:00pm
