Key Responsibilities
Pressure Piping Master Data Optimization
Review and validate master list data for pressure piping systems, enhancing statistical accuracy of pipe lengths, fittings, welds, and other metrics through drawing inspections.
Generate piping data quality analysis reports, highlighting missing or anomalous critical fields.
Equipment Spare Parts Consistency VerificationCross-check equipment drawings against existing system spare parts inventories to ensure 100% alignment of models, specifications, and quantities.Develop spare parts discrepancy analysis reports to drive system data corrections and standardization.
