Job Description

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in incoming/receiving inspection in aerospace or precision manufacturing
  • Strong hands-on experience with CMM programming and usage. Experience with FARO Arm (portable CMM) a plus
  • Proficiency or familiarity with metrology software (e.g., CAM2, PolyWorks) to generate inspection reports
  • Direct experience inspecting complex machined parts and ensuring compliance with AS9102 and AS9100 (FAI - first article inspection)
  • Expertise interpreting complex engineering drawings including GD&T (ASME Y14.5), familiarity with flatness, circularity, cylindricity, parallelism, perpendicularity
  • Experience with Material Review Board (MRB) process and creating nonconformances
  • Experience using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or technical certification preferred
