A manufacturing division is seeking experienced CAD professionals to support a high-volume SKU redesign and facility transition project. This role will focus on updating and modifying CAD models and drawings to align with a new manufacturing process and prepare products for validation at a new facility. This is a fast-paced, project-based role requiring strong SolidWorks expertise, particularly in routing and sheet metal design.
Responsibilities

+ Update and modify existing CAD models and engineering drawings across a large number of SKUs.

+ Incorporate design changes required for a new manufacturing (e-coating) process, including weep holes, gas holes, and mounting holes.

+ Ensure design intent is clearly communicated through CAD models and drawings.

+ Support validation and testing efforts for new SKUs in a new production facility.
