Essential Responsibilities

• Plans, designs and implements mechanical, electromechanical, hydraulic, and mechatronic systems and products
• Designs products and systems such as winches, winch systems, winch accessories, truck mounted equipment, hydraulic systems, electric winch systems, and integrated control solutions
• Designs products and systems using common machine design elements, hydraulics, brakes, clutches, gear design, castings, fabrications, machined parts, electric motors, motor controls, and automation systems
• Creates and modifies 3‑D CAD models, drawings and Bills of Material for mechanical and mechatronic systems
• Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, industry standards, customer requirements, and electrical safety codes
• Computes magnitude, direct and point of application of tension, compression and bending forces and develops geometric shapes of machine parts...
